“Item ordered was listed on the website as Back Order but we received a communication on day of order from Sophie advising of the lead time for the item and regular updates regarding item arrival in warehouse and dispatch which was all ahead of extimated time. Excellent service and communication thank you.”

“I was very happy with the price and the otoscope. I was disappointed that, despite showing as in stock on the website, I actually had to wait a few weeks for it to be available. However, I was promptly informed of the issue and given the option of a refund or changing to a different colour. In the end I chose to wait and delivery was very prompt once in stock. Maybe review the process for ensuring the website matches actual stock levels please?”
