“Not happy at all. This is twice now I was sent the wrong sizing Somehow once you’ve ordered the order changes in the computer, and when I did my first order couple months ago it cost me $150 to return them to you. They had me take a video to prove what was going on. I’ve never heard back from anybody. Terrible customer service !! can you please make sure I didn’t get charged twice for the blue one this time I ordered a 12 and they sent me an 8 - too small- I now have the 12 so I want to make sure I’m not charged twice. As this is the second time you’ve made the mistake I will not be sending the wrong order back in the post, as I said last time it cost me $150. Disgraceful with no Offer to make my life easier They said I would get credit when I made my next order. Well I ordered last week and no credit was applied.”
