“Firstly I ordered a size 12 as I'm a 12/14 but it was too big so returned for a 10. Loved it on opening. I tend to put them on after my evening shower, remove before bed, put them back on in the morning while I have a cuppa, see the news then remove again so I'm not sleeping in them and am probably wearing for just a couple of hours a day. After four days they're starting to bobble and I think that for c£65, that's not good enough.”

“Sadly I had to return this item as it was a slightly narrow fit? I requested an exchange to size up but am still waiting to hear when the replacement will be dispatched? The original garmet was returned on Jan 16th? Aside from this delay I have always founf Pretty You to be very professional and their nightwear is of good quality.”

“I was lucky to receive a lounge wear suit as a gift last year, christmas 2024.....it fit perfectly. So I thought I would treat myself to another, but in a different style.....there is no doubt on quality,but it was so small it was like a straight jacket. So very disappointed......such a shame that a different style is not true to size. But sending back was easy, and I have received a refund. Thank you”

“I haven’t worn the pyjamas, but the came looking damaged and well worn. Was not expecting this. The photo taken is immediately out of the package. The quality of your products needs to be better. I have buying Pretty products for a number of years. They are great sleepwear, but don’t last well.”

“Unfortunately I had to send the bamboo chemise back as there were holes where the label had been stitched in. It didn’t help that the cardboard tag was hanging from The same label!!”

“I bought these because I received the black version 2 years ago as a gift and liked them a lot. Unfortunately when I ordered these same size (uk14) the top was much too big (bigger than the black set). I returned them and got a uk12 instead, which I have had to keep as I was going away and didn’t have time to return. However the sizing is strange, the bottoms are now too small even though I am a standard size 12. The shoulders on the top are still a bit large but somehow it is a bit tight across the bust (I’m a B cup). I think overall the cut is wrong and a bit too straight up and down for a woman’s body (I am not especially curvy). Small details like the stripes on the hem don’t match up with the rest of the shorts could be better too. On the plus side, the material is soft and the print is pretty.”

“Their turn around time in getting your order delivered was wonderful but $15 is a bit steep. Unfortunately I did not care for the color of the pajama set I ordered. Not as pictured. The light pink is so dingy it borders on gray. The sets style is lovely and I should have ordered the blue.”

“Bought for my cousin: The PJs were a lovely waffle and stylish but they had to go straight back as the legs (as usual with just about all manufacturers) were way too long. Also, wish they weren’t made in China - Europe would be nice.”

“Beautiful items. Material soft and well made. Love the pyjama bottoms. Unfortunately the pyjama top is way far too big for a 12-14. If wound fit a size 16 easily, even a size 18. It is 44” wide with shoulders that are also far too big.”

“I like the robe and it arrived quickly it's just a bit too small and I can't exchange as it says M/L is out of stock even though it's showing as in stock on the product page. Customer service haven't bothered to get back to me when I emailed regarding this”

“Slow shipping but no issues really. The product is okay - I ordered ladies brushed cotton pyjamas. The fabric is soft and of expected thickness. Size 10/12 is good width wise but too short on both sleeves and inseam (I'm tall though, 5'11 - please make long variants). No pockets in the trousers which is honestly just shameful in this day and age, where do you think women put their phones while pottering around the house? Also appears kind of unfinished, with the excess fabric under the lapel not secured which means without ironing (I'm 29, I'm not ironing my pyjamas) the stitched edge is visible around the neckline which just makes it look a bit scruffy. Glad I got it in sale, more attention to detail required.”
