“Website defaulted to incorrect order details. Delivery option not in time for Christmas. Edit order function does not allow a cancellation…. Just provides a 30min window to increase quantities. Emailed, but the auto reply said staff work LESS ahead of Christmas, not MORE. Nuts. Had to place a second order. Very poor service. Poor staff. Poor experience.”

“The quality of the cheap bathrobe, after wearing it 2 times it looked bad, I tried to wash it so that it wouldn't fade, I washed it according to the instructions, so it shrank in size, so you will get a bad thing that will deteriorate even before the first wash and will shrink after washing, I don't recommend it, I'm disappointed, and the employees also refused to make a return it”
