Ordered slippers which showed in stock. As they were due to be delivered received an email saying they were out of stock despite showing in stock on the website, Requested a refund and 10 days and 4 emails later the refund is still showing as pending. Shocking customer service and no response to emails sent, avoid!

Not happy at all. This is twice now I was sent the wrong sizing Somehow once you’ve ordered the order changes in the computer, and when I did my first order couple months ago it cost me $150 to return them to you. They had me take a video to prove what was going on. I’ve never heard back from anybody. Terrible customer service !! can you please make sure I didn’t get charged twice for the blue one this time I ordered a 12 and they sent me an 8 - too small- I now have the 12 so I want to make sure I’m not charged twice. As this is the second time you’ve made the mistake I will not be sending the wrong order back in the post, as I said last time it cost me $150. Disgraceful with no Offer to make my life easier They said I would get credit when I made my next order. Well I ordered last week and no credit was applied.

£50 was taken very quickly out of my account The pyjamas did not arrive I rang to find out they did not have my choice in stock Still waiting for the money to be returned to my account Said it could take up to a week Usually when l return items l can see it in pending on my account that day and in my account the next day

Ordered and received on 22/5/23 and they’re already broken the part what goes over your door has come away from the base so they’re unwearable. It’s a shame as this must be my 5th pair as I absolutely love them

This chemise was called Raven and so I expected it to be black but it was very grey!! Also the cost of this chemise was £45 and quite frankly I was so disappointed when it arrived and the material looked like something of a Chinese website. It was definitely not work £45 more like £8

I bought a bamboo night gown but it is not at all what expected. Bottons were loose and the material quality is bad and way too thin. I wore it 3 times already and it is full of bobbles. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product further even though the design is so unique.

My order was supposed to be delivered on Monday 12th December. Kept getting texts from DPD, first they had the parcel then there was a delay then the parcel was returned to pretty you. I emailed to ask what was happening. So far no reply . Not impressed

I ordered a bamboo nightgown and realized within an hour that I needed a larger size. I immediately attempted to contact you, and after several days received a response that basically said there was nothing they could. The responder indicated she tried. When I pursued returning I learned that ALL expenses were my responsibility. After paying $9.99 to have it shipped to me I now had to pay $26 to send it back! I have now invested approximately half the cost of the nightgown and have NOTHING! Be forwarded! You get what get or it will cost you time, frustration and money!

I inquired about the Anya slippers they were out of stock for a good amount of time. When they came back in stock i order 2 pair . One for me and one for my mother as a part of her mothers day gift. And I planned on ordering 8 more pairs for my bridal party in june. However when i received my slippers they were coming apart at the seams. I emailed the company right away and sent pictures. The representative told me at first were sorry we see your pictures and can you guve an address for replacement. Then in the next email unfortunately we can not help you unless you give us a picture with both pairs in one picture. After i explained one was a gift i dont have that pair. Unfortunately my pictures won't upload.

Very poor quality pyjamas! Buttons fell off after 3 wash..button holes stretched and had to be sewn up.. 😒
