Good communication which kept me updated on my order, and when the order arrived it was packaged in a lovely bag which can be returned to reduce packaging. The items themselves were absolutely stunning and I was very happy with them. Thank you Pretty You London. I have already reordered.”

“The towel bale is absolutely gorgeous, incredibly soft and the bath sheet is a really decent size. I got it in 2 colours, the white and light grey and wpuld definitely recommend. Haven't washed them yet so dont know how they will come out, hopefully they dont lose theor softness and become crunchy like cheaper towels.”
