“It really is quite a shock when you receive a call from any company personally wanting to help you with your purchase. I got just that with Pretty You! They spotted a problem, informed me and sorted it, just like that. Now this kind of service deserves the biggest respect as it’s a very rare quality for customer service of today. Would recommend them to anyone. Ps I should say the slippers are perfect too 😊 Thank you”

“Lovely slippers. I got to know your product in October when one of my children present them to me as birthday gift. I saw your name on that gift and so looked online for your products then I ordered for family and friends! I got a very big and loving appreciations from them. Although one crystal attached to my own slippers came off but I still love them!”

“Initially, getting the desired colour for the items was a problem. All alternatives suggested we’re out of stock. Only after we had almost given up was an alternative colour suggested, which although not ideal, was acceptable. Shows rather poor stock control and lack of knowledge of Which colours are popular and likely to be sold out.”
