“Manufacturing defect and awaiting refund I ordered two lace kimonos at the same time. One arrived perfectly fine, but unfortunately the other has a clear manufacturing defect: the internal ties have been sewn at different levels, so they do not meet and the robe cannot be properly tied. I contacted Pretty You London via the returns portal on their website to request a refund, but I have not yet received any response or acknowledgement. I have received an email asking me to leave a review, so I wanted to provide honest feedback. The robe itself is lovely, and I have no issue with the other robe I ordered, but this particular item is faulty and cannot be worn as intended. I would appreciate a response to my refund request and a resolution to the issue.”
