I spent £90 on an item, shortly after it was discounted by 60%. The retailer refuses to refund the difference. The only option is to return the original and buy the discounted item. Disappointing.

So I thought I would treat myself to another, but in a different style.....there is no doubt on quality,but it was so small it was like a straight jacket. So very disappointed......such a shame that a different style is not true to size. But sending back was easy, and I have received a refund. Thank you
