“The site was quite easy to use although I felt that visually it could have been presented a little better. I would prefer to have had a little less background and the items made larger. (Maybe my age!) I know it's possible to zoom in on individual items, but when making a choice it's more comfortable to be able to see several items at once. Thanks for listening!”

“Great hampers but no acknowledgment of delivery even when part of delivery order. I sent 7 before the new year and have had no delivery acknowledgment for 4 off recipients. Therefore I’m too embarrassed to ask if received. One however said her hamper was left on top of her wheeliebin and was lucky to intercept it!”

“I have used Prestige Hampers for a number of years now. This year I was disappointed as the day I specified for delivery was not taken into account: the hamper was delivered four days earlier than I asked. I was also told in an email that I would be kept informed of tracking and delivery and I heard nothing on either. I only found out it had been delivered once I logged into my account”
