“The Website was good and easy to follow. However, the payment was difficult as I tried many times over several hours until finally it went through. I had checked my NZbank account and there was no problem there.”

“You would of hadp a 5 star review except it turned up with no types of sausage rolls in it! The list said there would be two types but we received none. The quality, delivery etc were fab, thank you.”

“The quality of the gift was excellent and it was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately Royal Mail let us down a bit by delivering a day late. However, I frequently use Prestige and this is the first time anything has been late.”

“The ordering was good and delivery. Also notification were excellent. The actual baskets seemed smaller than as shown o. Your we page but guess when they are boxed it looks less.”

“The product itself was amazing! Such a good price as well. But the communication from Prestige hampers was very poor. It turned up 48 hours late and I had no confirmation it had even been sent at all. Tried to chase it and couldn’t get through. Ended up being late for a special occasion despite paying for the delivery service and selecting a day.”
