“I ordered them in Edinburgh and they were delivered two days later in Belfast. Great service. However, the message card I requested was not included. The person receiving the hamper did not know who it was from. Not good because I had to ask if they got it.”

“3 x Hampers delivered early due to Royal Mail being on strike. One household not at home due to delivery date being 2 days premature, and only just collected from Delivery Office before it closed. It would have been nice to have been sent the revised delivery day.”
