“I've used Prestige Hampers for a few years now, and have always received good service. However, I've noticed that the actual content, and value of the goods, has dropped drastically since my first order. I appreciate that the world's economy makes it very difficult for everyone, but I sometimes feel I'm not really getting value for my money.”

“Hamper was lovely my dad was really pleased. The only unfortunate issue was as my Dad lives on his own and his friends were staying for his birthday, I ordered it to arrive on his birthday to have with then but it cane a day later when they had left”

“Lovely hamper received for my dad, only problem was the condensation from this heat had made the cheese sweat and the box was wet in one corner, not a problem though, just wanted to give you feedback as weather like this, I think maybe double insulate the cheese? Anyhow everything was gorgeous and greatly received by both of our dad's for fathers day, love the little basket with the chutneys and oatcakes in. Thank you!”

“The initial part was good arranged to have it supplied on Sunday. I got an email from Royal Mail saying it would be delivered Tuesday. This would have ruined everything.Any way I was talking to my partner when it arrived at her door. She couldn’t wait to tell me how beautiful it was. Full marks for that one off for RM will definitely use again.”

“Yes, I like your website. Pretty easy to negotiate it. Sadly you do not have a large amount of hampers. Neither do you supply free birthday cards like other hamper companies. Where are your vegan hampers? Where are your birthday cakes Hamper ?”

“Delighted with purchase. I don't think the wine was described enough - an upgrade to an Italian wine would have been better. Postman just took closeup pic of actual box when he left it on doorstep - so no clue which door he left it at; however it was the right one so no problem this time.”

“Great product delivered on time. My only minor issue - order confirmation said that courier tracking info would be sent. This didn't happen so I didn't know if it had arrived till I got confirmation from the recipient a couple of days after receipt.”
