The selection pages were great. The payment pages were awful. Took me ages to actually pay as had to provide far too much information, and had used the company before so had forgotten password (the alert when trying to create an account - which I never want to do for any company - wasn't obvious so that took a while too. Simply payment, you don't need my address and phone number, unless I'm having something delviered to me - the payment agency (in my case paypal) handle the payees details. Nearly gave up. This questionaire is equally bad as I used the web-site - yet the next question only offers live chat, email and telephone - which I used none of. I accidentally selected 'Email' before seeing the tiny 'optional' flag but there's not opportunity to then take email off. I didn't email you, but your questionnaire is poorly design, just like you payment page.

I ordered an afternoon tea hamper as a birthday gift for my grandmother which was delivered 7 days earlier than the requested delivery date. This wouldn't have been such a problem if she wasn't away for Christmas. The hamper was left on her doorstep and she found it there when she returned 4 days later. Much of the food was perishable and had been unrefrigerated for almost a week which rendered it not good to eat. I reported this via the chat system on 27th & 29th December and also via the contact form on 29th December but have not had a reply. I was going to leave it until I had an email asking "How did we do?".

The hamper basket itself is lovely, we will certainly make use of it again. However the contents inside leave much to be desired. The package sizes are far too small! One packet had literally 4 biscuits inside, the Christmas pudding was minute, enough for one person. the jars of jam and marmalade were only 130g! Almost everything (except the two bottles of wine) was just a sample. To live up to its asking price, how about putting full size food in it?

Would not use again... Delivered two days early, with only 2 day use by on it. This meant the present had to be given and eaten before Christmas Day. Was left with a neighbour, as we weren't expecting it to be delivered 2 days early, no card pushed through. Its a good job we have honest neighbours. Ruined the surprise and present for my 91 year old grandma.

Unfortunately delivered way in advance of requested delivery time, meaning contents are probably not as fresh as they could've been for christmas.

I have just bought a hamper from you and paid for it. I live in Australia and have sent the hamper to my father in the UK. I had to give you my email etc as well as other information and in return you asked me if I would now like to have a discount code voucher. So of course I have said YES. So I fill out my email again and you said email not valid so NO VOUCHER. What a rip off. Do I order through you again .....................................

Well, I suppose if I had received the hampers I would be able to give a better review. Knowing Royal Mail is holding strike action, you still chose to use them as your courier which I find bizarre. The 5 hampers were ordered on Thursday 15th December and they're still not here.

I don't like being forced to create an account. No option to check out as a guest. Too many pre ticked options- special delivery, receiving promotions etc

Unfortunately, my gift was time sensitive to the recipient and its two day since it was due to be delivered. My guests only have three more days before the leave the address.
