Well, I suppose if I had received the hampers I would be able to give a better review. Knowing Royal Mail is holding strike action, you still chose to use them as your courier which I find bizarre. The 5 hampers were ordered on Thursday 15th December and they're still not here.

I don't like being forced to create an account. No option to check out as a guest. Too many pre ticked options- special delivery, receiving promotions etc

Unfortunately, my gift was time sensitive to the recipient and its two day since it was due to be delivered. My guests only have three more days before the leave the address.

Very old-fashioned web-site. It is difficult to make purchases to be sent to different people. The second purchase immediately used the address and greeting card of the first purchase. Really tricky to get round this. Also, the card payment system did not work and 'could not complete purchase - requires authentication. But no request for authentication was received. What a waste of time!

Barely useable and dishonest. Cannot delete timed delivery for an extra 6 Only used because other sites were even worse. Sad commentary on on line UK businesses. As bad as here in the USA. Whatever happened to business ethics.

Disappointed. Ordered the country cheese hamper and it is very small and doesn't look like anything special at all. This was meant to be a Christmas present for family but it really doesn't look like much and so we will have to add more to their present to make it look decent. For £23 + £6 delivery (sale price) I expected more. I've bought hampers in the past for around this price and had much more for my money. Can't comment on the actual quality of the food as obviously we haven't eaten any of it and was delivered promptly. But based on this product, I doubt I will buy from this company again.

Having noticed a glowing review re a delivery to Ireland, I tried sending a gift to Ireland and had the same issues as Helen Cook. So I phoned customer services and they told me they don't deliver to Ireland. Why put a review up that states that the customer had a brilliant service sending a gift to Ireland, when you don't sent items to Ireland.

The product we recieved as a gift was lovely so we decided to buy Christmas presents through Prestige Hampers. What a mistake that was. The Discount code only applied to orders over £40 They did not tell us that. The order would not go through. I called Customer services who were no help at all. In the end, I paid full price. I will not be using Prestige Hampers again

The website is very good for choosing a hamper but the checkout and pay process is dreadful and badly designed. Having chosen my hamper in 5 minutes it then took me 25 minutes to checkout and pay. It gave me 2 choices to checkout, "existing customer" and "new customer" I chose new customer and it then asked for email address and a password. I made up a password which was not accepted 4 times and would not let me continue to payment even though I had put in all the details for who the delivery was going to and the required delivery date. At the seventh attempt I finally got to the payment screen. Had I failed that time I was going to cancel and buy my hamper from John Lewis. Last year I bought a Regency Hamper and had no trouble and excellent service. Next year I am going back to John Lewis Chris Pearce r

Website ok until payment, kept returning to previous page when asked to continue. Grandson failed also! Eventually got it to work after 5 tries! Phoned, but could not hear due to crackly line. Maybe you are losing sales due to this- or is problem intermittent?

Web site was not user friendly. I had three attempta to sign on as a new customer. Each one took me back to the start. I had to usee Google to get to the payment page.

I spent hours trying to get to the shopping trolley to pay. I wanted 2 of the same order to different addresses and in the end you are sending one tomorrow and one in Dec. I am so disappointed
