“The Fax number listed on the brochure is WRONG! I had to make two trips to FedExKinkos to send the fax. The Fax order was never acknowledged.”

“I like the products. Everything I have ordered had been delivered successfully. I do not find the website altogether easy to get around. It wasn't made clear whether I had to log in or could check out as a guest. Neither was it clear straight away as to whether I could have a different delivery address to the billing address. And now that I am logged in I can't find the logout button. But I admit that I am not a dab hand at IT. Full marks for not pre-ticking the save card details box! Too many web sites get up to that trick.”
