“Shopping for seven Christmas gift hampers today turned into quite an adventure online! Especially finding a nut-free option for one person (due to allergies) was, ironically, nuts! Huge thanks to the amazing customer service team, especially Jess (and Georgia), who went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted. They patiently answered all my questions and addressed every concern. Fantastic service - I couldn’t be happier!”

“I know the hampers are good but need an IQ of 145 to pilot my way around the paperwork Bought similar yesterday for my son and no trouble but today.......Yes understand you are protecting your customers credit and cards but so difficult (bought my first computer in 1975 and had a lunch 1980 with directors of 'that chain store in high street' and gave a chat on computerisation in the clothing trade)”
