“Extremely difficult to place an order. Had to do it 4 times and felt like giving up. Did not ask for premium next day delivery and resent paying the extra £5.99 but there was no way to opt out of premium delivery even though I gave 16 December as the delivery date. Hope that the confirmation will show the correct details. Fingers crossed”

“I bought 2 hampers, 1 for my mother and sister and the other for my brother and his family. They absolutely loved their hampers, were very impressed and the products were all good, the packaging and delivery service was great, I would definitely buy from Prestige Hampers again, this was the first time and certainly not the last. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you to Prestige Hampers and Royal Mail.”

“EVEN LESS IMPRESSED NOW COS' THE BL**DY STUPID TECHNOLOGY SUBMITTED MY 'REVIEW' BEFORE I'D FINISHEDVTHE FIRST SENTENCE! What I was about to say was, that, I was fairly satisfied, until I received the Acknowledgement Email which showed that PRESTIGE had ADDED £48 to the TOTAL for my ORDER after I'd been give a Total of £382 @ the point of 'PAYMENT', on the basis Is if which I entered my Card Details & pressed 'Pay'! I assume this 'additional' cost is the 'Delivery Charge'! When checking my Order I noticed that the 'Box" to Order Premium Delivery & Tracking facilities, was 'Ticked' altno' I had NOT requested it! I Tried to 'un-ti k' it but it resisted my attempts! As a 91YEAR OLD TECHNOPHOBE I presumed I was not supposed to interfere with it. I am certain that I had read in your ' brochure',& also 'on line', that Delivery was 'Free' especially for a large order of 8 items! (In addition to 2 I ordered a couple of days ago! I think, at the very least, this is 'sharp practice' by Prestige, & NOT WHAT I'D COME TO EXPECT from this Company! I will certainly NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN, & will advise my many Friends & Family, to whom I've previously given glowing recommendations, to follow suit! If I had time & the mental energy I'd cancel my Order & go back to REGENCY!”
