Spent nearly £50 pounds to have flowers left outside a school, basically in the street, by Royal Mail Courier. My wife failed to get the flowers and chocolates on her Birthday as requested. Raised a complaint with Prestige Flowers this was their response, so be aware of the customer service or lack of No compensation was offered or any sort of reasonable apology of any sort.
