This company is failing in that they accept an order for a delivery that they cannot achieve. I ordered for a specific day (a birthday) and did not read the small print that apparently states they have a 3 day window within which to deliver! What?! That's not a service. The flowers arrived but a day late and a bit shoddy to be honest.
Perhaps this standard of service was acceptable in 1974 but not 2024. Also I paid for the large bouquet but it was most definitely not worth £50. Badly done "Prestige". Badly done. I warn you off using this company
