Could not log on and website would not send password update so had to set up a new account. When I clicked to accept cookies a chat not popped up so I had to swipe back and lost what was in my basket. A pretty frustrating experience all round.

Ordered flowers to be delivered as a leaving gift on the persons last day at work. Ordered and paid £47 with a guaranteed delivery before 1pm next day. Flowers did not arrive. The lady didn’t get them and has now left. Hugely disappointing - I can’t re create a “last day at work” situation. Contacted Prestige Flowers who apologised for my upset and sent me a list of postcodes that the delivery guarantee doesn’t cover. Apparently my postcode was in this mysterious list - but no mention of this list when ordering. I even received my confirmation email guaranteeing the said delivery time. I would have ordered elsewhere had I been made aware they couldn’t deliver at any point during the order process. Please be very wary when ordering from here - happy to accept and confirm the order for next day delivery -but didn’t deliver. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Had ordered flowers for my wife for our 30th anniversary. Got an email saying delivered . But not delivered as requested. Not even to reception. Contacted Prestige flowers, not remotely interested blamed everything on courier and said I had to contact them to source where flowers are . 1st and last time I will ever use them . Happy to take money and then wash their hands of whole order . Photo attached shows where they are lying probably damaged now

My sister's flowers were left on her doorstep and wilted in the sun - They were completely dead within 72hrs despite efforts to revive them. Delivery tracking was incorrect stating "left in porch" which was impossible as my sister doesn't have a porch. The worst part was Prestige customer services response. "James" told me that Prestige aren't responsible for delivery by Royal Mail. Despite telling me that they are supposed to leave the flowers somewhere safe/sheltered or a calling card for redelivery, he was completely uninterested in the fact that the tracking was fabricated and that the flowers were dead. I won't use Prestige again and I highly recommend choosing another company that has more control over their delivery system.

Please please do not use these if you want to surprise your partner as delivery never arrived I paid extra for a before a 1pm delivery . Agents on chat said not there fault if goods dont arrive . Absolutly no help please avoid at all costs . Re delivery for flowers next day is no help to anyone. I have a very disappointed wife , Best advice is go to your local florist dont use internet ........

I can see that the order was placed after the cut-off, so this was sent on the next available date. We also apologise for any disappointment caused by the bouquet itself. Please note that the bouquet includes some flowers that are intentionally delivered in bud form to ensure maximum freshness and longevity. We believe that delivering flowers in bud form is advantageous as it guarantees the freshness of the bouquet. Very disappointing company. Rose/lily bunch as I feel I can't call it a bouquet. It's ment to be medium. The large bunch again is not a bouquet its same size as medium. Had broken flowers upon delivery box wasn't even damaged so it's not royal mail at fault. They offered insult of £10 credit but I will not be ordering again. I will go to florist.

Terrible service. I chose next day delivery for an anniversary occasion. 48 hours later the flowers are still out for delivery and not reached the intended party. No point in sending dead flowers days later after paying a premium. Occasion is done. No refund offered. Will not use again.

Absolutely awful. Photos advertised are absolutely nothing like what is received, the “100% satisfaction guarantee” is complete lies and the fact that they don’t allow reviews or even visibility of other comments on social media speak volumes. Read ‘mentions’ of them via their Facebook Page and you’ll see an abundance of disgruntled, disappointed customers…

I am a bit disappointed in the bunch of flowers sent for my friends birthday. I paid extra for a large bunch so that is was nice and full. The bouquet I chose was full and had a lovely variety of colours and sadly the photo of the bunch I got looked very plain. Didn't really look that great if I'm honest.

Apart from one delivery not as I expected everything else excellent I reported to them Royal mail let them down on my last order by a day thankfully was not a special occasion but could have been a Birthday or Funeral so not good. Think they should like Inter flora say how many flowers in each Bouquet as some people possibly could only be able to have the standard and would like to know. My Main annoyance is the great Free delivery for an extra 6.99 last some months which is Brilliant no P&P which means I have sent more flowers than ever but I received 16th July email telling me my date was running out 24th July and press on this link to renew you cannot no link ordered yesterday and today no link spoke to them it can only be renewed after it runs out I asked then why are you telling me weeks before why can't the computer just renew for the new day after finish Date what was the point with the email every other membership I have can be renewed while still active they just put new date on it. they run the risk of people going to other suppliers with less P&P I dont order massive amounts so perhaps look at total cost over all but the theory behind this was a great one rethink IT modern update perhaps,

Bought from a shop, I suspect the flowers I sent would cost circa 12 pounds. 15 pounds Max . Delivery cost was 45 pounds . I’ll think twice in future .

Disappointed. Ordered flowers as a thank you to a neighbour from a group of us. We picked what we thought looked like a lovely bunch (going by the picture on the website) when they arrived they certainly didn't look like £27.49 PLUS £5.99 postage worth of flowers......would have been better (and cheaper) to buy a few bunches from a supermarket and done them ourselves sorry....
