*AVOID* Absolutely bunch of crooks of a company, do not use. After paying £60 my Flowers arrived on the 4th day when ordered for next day delivery. Was told I had to wait for 72 hours as per their T&C's for them to turn up which I did. Turned the flowers away on the 4th day to be returned as they had been thrown around with no water for 4 days and were all dying. Had a reply today to say I won't be refunded as I didn't accept 4 day old flowers for my special wedding anniversary that was missed. Absolute disgrace of a company, do not ever waste your time or money just to be robbed. Wished I had read all the disgraceful reviews on Google of this terrible company. Sadly I can't give minus stars as they definitely deserve it.

Honestly will never ever order from prestige flowers again. Over £35 spent on these flowers and they look nothing like the picture they don’t even fill half of the basket! Apparently they see nothing wrong and it’s good value for money. Shame considering these were a gift!

Thought I was buying a bunch of flowers for £49.99. Actually it cost over £66. Not a great fan of being made a fool of. I'll not be rushing back.

3 days late for a birthday delivery, flowers probably sitting in a warehouse for 3 days so they are all wilted. No respond, no refund. Is this even a legitimate company? Buyer beware…thank goodness I use Amex so there’s consumer protection

You’re better off buying flowers from Aldi. Such a waste of money and the ‘card’ will be a wet piece of spare paper that looks like a 5 year old wrote it.

The products are good though expensive. Although I am very experienced in placing online orders, I do not find this site easy to use. Things jump in or disappear when I have not clicked on anything or have not finished e.g, putting in delivery address. I got that right in the end but the billing address is incorrect, omitting the house number - I did not have any chance to enter billing address, it must have been incorrect from a previous occasion, not by my intent.

Ordered flowers and champagne for my sisters 60th. The flowers arrived but the champagne did not. It is a good job I asked her if she got the champagne when she texted me to say how lovely the flowers were. Very disappointed in this oversight and not offered any compensation. I will think twice before I use Prestige again.

I was really disappointed that such a small bunch of flowers were delivered to a friend that was grieving. I paid £34.68 including postage and what was delivered was nothing like what was in the picture. They were not worth the money that I paid. I have emailed but have not received a reply.
