Birthday delight bundle arrived on wrong day not birthday with half dead flowers only to be offered delivery cost back after several emails do not recommend

Made an order for a friend who got a promotion at work, I thought I order the best looking bunch of flowers, look amazing in the picture but when my friend received them, the roses with brown and wiltered and no floage that was advertised within the arrangement. Just a few roses and lilies in the vase that I had ordered aswell, it was so poorly presented and for the cost aswell I'm so upset I will never order from here again. Terrible turn out

I wish that I could give you -5. Absolutely appalling service. I was supposed to have had an expensive delivery on the anniversary of the passing of my husband on the 9th of October. Nothing arrived - although they said that delivery had been attempted on the 10th - which was not true as I had been at home all day. My sister-in-law only went with Prestige as they assured her that they could deliver on the 9th. She has had numerous conversations with Prestige and they finally said that they would send another delivery. Today - the 8th of November I was supposed to have had a delivery - again nothing. Disgusting.

I ordered what I thought looked like a lovely bouquet for my friend who is going through a hard time and lives in the Channel Islands. I needed them to be delivered so ordered some through Prestige. It cost me nearly £40 with postage and when she showed me a photo of them I was very disappointed. I could have bought a bunch of flowers from a supermarket for £6 that would have been just as good. When I complained I just got automated answers and nowhere. A rip off and would never use them again. Would have scored 0 if I could.

I ordered birthday flowers for 7/11/24. At time of writing 8th Nov 4.00pm. Still no flowers. Very dissapointed and have found company and carrier not helpful at all. Quite unsympathetic and uncaring. Won't be using prestige again. Very dissapointed no flowers for my elderly sisters birthday.

It is absolute Awful. On the picture it is a big pot of roses but we received a small plant (probably it costs not more than £2) and a big basket which fit for 3 such pots. The quality of the birthday card is like a leaflet. We could not even find it out. Strongly do not recommend to order from this company. Misleading pictures on website.

Will never use this company again. Flowers nothing like in pictures & not delivered on time. Then when you prove how poor their flowers are they will not refund but only offer credit. As if you'd want to use them again.

Ordered bouquet for family member end Sept. Saw her today (7Nov). This is what she got! Lasted 3 days! She did not want to tell me before how poor they were for fear of being ungrateful. Sent them this photo - git an apology and off of £10 of next order. Errr not thanks. Never order from you again and certainly not to be recommended.

If I could give this star less than 1 star to leave a review I would. They didn't deliver the £40 of flowers I ordered as they said I had input the incorrect address (which I didn't) as the name of the business was missing (never had this problem with any other delivery to this address before) and they have refused to compensate me or resend the flowers, despite them not having sent the flowers on the right day in the first place. What a farce of a company! Avoid at all costs!

Very disappointed with the flowers. Sent for daughter’s birthday. They look nothing like the photo on the web. This is never £35 worth of flowers. I could get better from a garage. Will not be using again.

Ordered a large rose and Lily bouquet. Flowers that arrived nothing like the large bouquet photo shown on website and there were no lilies at all. Terrible value for money and really disappointing

I ordered a bouquet of "Sensational Sunflowers" along with a bar of 'Happy Birthday' chocolate for my friend's 50th birthday. I ordered on the 6th September for her birthday on the 11th and discovered that they were not delivered until the 12th. I am in the midst of complaining about this and e mails are flying between me and Prestige Flowers and getting nowhere. They say that they do not guarantee delivery on a specific day yet in every advert they have, they boast of 'next day delivery' etc I paid for my delivery - it was not a freebie!

This is the 3rd time in a month I have used this company. Problem is the medium bunch of flowers rec'd were not very good. I did try to include a photo but it wouldn't upload just to show how bad they looked compared to the website.

I ordered flowers for my mum and dad’s 56th wedding anniversary. My dad past away in December last year and this was a wish of his not to forget flowers to my mum on their anniversary. I was totally disappointed in the flowers the box was all ripped and the flowers were all withered the petals were falling off. No card either. I put in a complete and all they are doing is giving me £15 back. It’s not about the money it’s about how my mum felt receiving these flowers. I will never order from them again!!!!

Have emailed in, expecting a refund . Card is awful all creased and cheap and nasty . Chocolates taste dreadful . Roses are already brown on the outside. It’s my 60th birthday and it’s such a disappointing surprise from my husband . We would like our £54 back ! You can have it all back

Just simply awful. Take nearly £60 from me and not at all bothered if the flowers arrive on time or not. Suggesting I should contact Royal Mail. They are happy to go by what Royal Mail put in their tracking system (attempted delivery) but not wanting to listen to the fact that the person receiving was in all day, waiting for the delivery. Awful customer service and attitude to the actual paying customer.

Be warned that your flowers may be delivered anonymously unless you pay extra for a greetings card, and even then it might not have your name on it! Have sent flowers by Prestige twice, and received once. This was what happened on all three occasions!
