Awful: I didn’t read the reviews before ordering as I had googled interflora which has always been good standard, and must have clicked to this company by mistake. Pathetic few stems which looked nothing like the picture ordered. Waste of money.

Will never buy from here again. Looked nothing like the picture, paid £52 looked like an £8 bunch from the supermarket. Was quite embarrassed that they were so poor. They were for one of my best friends. Will have to buy more for her now from elsewhere!

Ordered flowers for birthday gift and paid extra for large bundle. But when they arrived I was shocked they are the most smallest bundle I have seen nothing like the pictures and they was not even in water just wet tissue wrapped round the bottom. Was very disappointed when I gave them as a birthday present would have got more for my money going to the supermarket would NOT recommend this company as all totally rip off.

The flowers I ordered for a present for a loved ones birthday were not only late but also nothing like the picture, the website says they are arranged by a florist and they were all just in a box and I could have got a nicer arranged bunch from a supermarket. So so disappointing and they were not cheap!!! I would definitely not recommend this company if you’re ordering something as a gift, I am embarrassed that this ‘gift’ has arrived as it has!! I’ve added photos of what I ordered versus what arrived! I also paid extra for a large bunch and can’t quite see how this can be justified!!

For the 2nd time this week some flowers that were supposed to be delivered have not been. They have been sent to an entirely different address twice. Theses were for my mother in laws birthday & she has dementia. I've been sent a proof of delivery showing some concrete but no flowers. This company is a complete joke & totally shambolic !! I expect a full refund of £50 & some other compensation for the distress & upset this has caused.

I ordered flowers to be delivered today (November 2nd) and the delivery system used by prestige (royal mail) has the living/ accomodation building the flowers are being delivered to listed as a business, and I'm now having to wait until Monday (November 4th) for them to be delivered. Flowers are most likely going to be wilted now. Everything else was fine but I am annoyed my significant other is going to be receiving wilted flowers. I contacted prestige about it and only got an automatic generated response. Also quite suspicious that royal mail closes early today, potentially them being lazy and not wanting to deliver today but I am quite upset about this so maybe I'm grasping at straws. Use a better delivery service next time. If flowers are dead or wilted on arrival I will upload a new review with photos for proof.

I ordered the October flowers for my daughter's birthday. They arrived when they should've done.. my daughter was over the moon with them and the little extras that I ordered. The quality of the flowers made one person very happy. Also the staff member who took my order was very professional and friendly ( Kyle).

I wish i never ordered without reading the reviews because the reviews are completely true company says next day’s delivery and gets people to buy gift for their loved onces and turnes out its acc its a delivery in a 3 day period when your paying for a specific day.Still hoping they till reach but would not recommend

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Horrendous service. I ordered a bunch of flowers for a colleague to be delivered 31st October. I received no dispatch notification and when I chased this up they advised me the Royal Mail tracking was down. I contacted the following day for them to tell me hospitals do not accept flowers however these flowers had never even been dispatched nor had I been sent any tracking information. They advised me I would not be refunded and that they would send the flowers to an alternative address which they have failed to do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE I AM NOW £50 down with no flowers or refund. Absolutely disgusting.

Definitely worse service, they send the flowers and expect it to be fresh in 3 days delivery window. They send it by Royal mail, and past the delivery date by 2 days. Paying 45£ for wilted flower, as birthday gift. Better off putting those 45£ in voucher as a gift that buying flowers from here. And of course they won't care because their getting the money.

Paid extra for delivery on family members birthday when they were at home, but order turned up a day late when they were at work. Not impressed with customer care either they said it was up to me to deal with Royal Mail. Will not be using them again especially if the flowers turn up all withered two days late !!

I should of read the reviews first, what a bad service and low quality product, response from them was shocking, not willing to except any responsibility at all, overall very low quality service and product.

The flowers arrived in time but the message card was not with the flowers so she did not know who they were from. This is not good as it created an awkward situation for her. I feel you should compensate by sending the card with complimentary chocolates, so she has the card . 8279930 Order
