Very poor bedraggled looking bunch of flowers would have been disappointed if this was a tenner bunch from Tesco. I would look elsewhere.

Don't waste your money! Prestige Valentine red roses delivered droopy, bruised and tired. Thoughts were that their 'travel sickness' would be cured with water and TLC. Wrong. Half of them were dying on the 3rd day. Prestige refused to acknowledge the poor quality of their flowers, refused any form of refund on my £71.47 order as my complaint with delivery & 'dying' photos was received after the weekend, and therefore beyond their 2 day notification period. A serious lack of Quality control and Customer diplomacy, a cop out?....or all three?

If I could give zero stars I would. Received a terrible bouquet last week that looked nothing like the online picture. Almost all the buds were closed and the flowers started to die after one day. Raised the issue and was met with incompetence. The person I dealt with “Aaron T” was not one bit helpful. I was basically told that’s what I paid for and I can try challenge the dispute but they would probably object it. I WOULD NOT WASTE your time.

Absolutely disgusted with the quality and quantity of my flowers for the money. The flowers are not fresh and certainly look nothing like the photographs you are advertising. I complained on Valentine’s Day and after discussion I asked for another bouquet to be sent which are no better at all look as though they are dying already and a very small bunch for £55 bouquet. Daylight robbery. Do not use this company!!!!

The bouquet was not fresh, after 2 days the pink roses died, that's all that was left of the bouquet. I am very disappointed and so is my daughter who I sent it to Order nr #8569495

The flowers were delivered a day later than when I requested. They were given plenty of notice. They still haven't arrived as yet. I can't wait to see the quality of the flowers!!! AVOID based on delivery dates, not to be trusted!

Be aware that this pretty looking Spring Planter arrives as a basket of planted bulbs. They obviously take a few weeks to flower and show only a slight resemblance to the picture as shown once in bloom as the daffodils come out much sooner than mini hyacinths.

I ordered a flower for friend's birthday which is today. I expected it to be delivered in the morning as it's a birthday gift. However, I just a got a notification from Royal mail that my parcel has been delivered in a safe place. Which means, it was left out because my friend has gone out. This is my first time of using this florist and I must say ,it will be the last time.I am very disappointed and not impressed.

Sadly I cannot upload photos. Appalling flowers which arrived dead. I complained and received a reply which said our florist manager says ‘ there is a slight quality issue’ and offered £10 credit against next purchase, ho ho ho. Refused to refund. Instructed my card provider to s75 and recall the whole balance. Will also report PF to trading standards.

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentine’s Day , they arrived the following day late afternoon. I messaged the company and they aren’t taking any responsibility, blaming third party courier . Obviously the flowers were too late and ruined the surprise. Hence I will not be using the company again . If they can’t fulfil orders then they should not have taken my money.😡

Flowers ordered for Valentines Day. Didn't arrive till the day after and when delivered looked wilted and as though they hadn't been watered for a couple of days. Very disappointing. Won't use again. Also they looked nothing like the advertised picture.

Dissapointed. Bouquette doesn`t look like at the photo. Some of flowers are almost dying, some are broken and some are without buds. And there is a mossy mold inside bouquette. Will not recommend Prestige Flowers and will not order them anymore. Definetly far from prestige.

Didn’t receive: I recently placed an order for flowers, and despite paying a high delivery fee, the parcel was not received by my partner. This has been incredibly disappointing, especially given the occasion. It was marked as attempted but no delivery actually took place. My partner was on that given address all day and didn’t receive any notice or notification about the delivery. Flower, chocolate and Teddy were supposed to arrive on 14 Feb, but since they didn’t, it ended up being a waste of both time and money for me. Still hasn’t received and when asked for refund I’m being ignored.

I ordered some flowers as I live overseas and when the recipient sent me picture I was very disappointed. The flowers and chocolate is nothing like the image and what I expected. The real thing looked worse than what you would get last minute from a petrol station.

You've sent my order to the wrong address, which I can't find. I've paid extra for next day delivery on a Sunday and have a picture of someone else's front door. Completely unacceptable.
