Ordered flowers for a friend of mine on the 7th Feb to be delivered to his wife at work unfortunately they didn't arrive my friend was so annoyed as he wanted to surprise his wife this has happened a few times now so I definitely won't be using prestige again and I recommend no one else does either as there are much better companies out the and definitely more reliable should be ashamed of yourself

Absolutely awful flowers, did not look anything like the flowers ordered. Indeed, I felt embarrassed by the quality of flowers sent as a gift. All greenery, two lillies and five roses. Compare for yourself, this is definitely a case of misdescription. When I complained they said that the two lillies hasn’t bloomed yet!!!!

Haven’t received the Valentine’s Day flowers that I ordered a week ago and paid a special delivery charge for. The tracking number doesn’t work. I most definitely want a refund or I’ll claim it as a charge back from the credit card company. Totally ruined Valentine’s Day

We are unable to provide our customers with specific delivery times as we use a third party courier company. They organise their own round for deliveries and we have no control over this. Nothing like the picture, was about a 10-15 pound bunch from your local shop not a florist quality at all but definitely a florist price! Not worth the money at all ÂŁ45 disappointing

I recently purchased the Wild and Wonderful Bouquet. The quality and density of the flowers did not look as was advertised on the website. I was also particularly disappointed with the customer service. Although I do appreciate how quick Prestige replyed to my queries, they didn't want to support or listen to anything I wanted to say about the quality and density of flowers being subpar. There was also plant/stems missing-the light green thalaspi plant/stem to be exact. I ended up having to raise a dispute with Paypal. Fortunately Paypal were able to give me some form of compensation via a voucher, as Prestige refused to acknowledge or compensate their lack of quality. Prestige's Ethos clearly states that for years they have dedicated themselves to "ethical practices, creating stunning bouquets that are not only extraordinary...." Yet they failed to provide me with an "extraordinary" bouquet of flowers and a reasonable service in this instance. For a company that has won awards, my experience with them has been unexpected, patronising and disappointing. Would definitely not recommend them.

I don’t even give you that star. We are a disgrace! I am in NZ and trusted you to send them on time. My partner is separated physically from me by distance. She was expecting these, I wanted them to cheer her up. Badly let down. No service, pathetic!

I paid extra for flowers to be delivered by 1pm. I arrived at 1.30pm, flowers were not there so I had to buy other flowers to not arrive empty handed on Valentines day. Flowers arrived at 2.30pm. Why have a promise for delivery before 1pm if you don't deliver before 1pm. Just don't do it, take less money, don't overpromise and underdeliver, take less but that way you will be on time.

Don’t bother, you might aswell nip to the garage a grab the bottom shelf for a fiver. Completely underwhelming and tiny bunch of flowers for £35. Roses are half dead. As far from the advertisement as you can get. Extremely disappointed especially on Valentine’s Day. Customer service is non existent outside 9-5

Received valentine bouquet today. Same as last year absolutely disgusting I don't have the heart to tell my partner. Just about dead roses and pathetic lillys. Don't buy from these rob dogs. Just because you don't see before you buy doesn't mean you can send absolute shit out. I want an explanation Conveniently I can't upload my pictures to show the absolutely disgusting show I have been delivered today And I can't give the email address of the person who bought them I don't need him to know

I ordered 2 sets of flowers for Valentines Day and guess what, they haven't been delivered. I am so gutted. These were order and paid for in advance on 03/02/25 so not only did this company have my money in advance, but they didn't deliver on time. Tried calling the at 4.45pm (website advertises 9am-5pm) and all I got was answering machine that they are closed. Absolutely useless! Never ever bothered to write any reviews for anything but I am so incensed, that for the first time I decided to make the effort. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE if anyone s thinking of ordering flowers from this company, then please think again. I don't care about the money lost but think of my poor wife and daughter who are probably thinking what kind of a father or husband am I?

Very good service, delivered next day as promised, a little underwhelmed by what arrived compared to the picture online, seems extremely expensive for what actually turned up. Other half was happy with them, but i think a more accurate description of what to expect would be better.

I ordered a bouquet for Valentines day and it hasn't arrived. The customer support line for both phone and online list chat was closed at 16:30 when on their website it's advertised open between 9-5pm. Awful service

i ordered valentines large grandeur love bouquet and the roses are wilting and look half dead i am not impressed after spending over 65 pounds on these,very very disappointing i will not be ordering from prestige again if this is the quality of flowers you are sending out to customers
