“Unfortunately the four tile trims were received bent. They were delivered in a cardboard tube but there was no packaging within the tube (and if the four trims had been tied together within the tube they would of been stronger ) The cardboard tube was obviously not stiff enough to protect the contents. I have managed to straighten the trims and will use them.”

“I ordered two lots of samples where I paid delivery but on each occasion they took a week to be delivered. Not happy at all”

“Never turned up when they said after waiting in all day, kept getting time changed during day only to never turn up. Turned up the next day after a moan but can’t fault the trim itself”

We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We can see that you placed your order on Saturday 14/4/24 at 22.31pm on a standard 1-3 day delivery service. Unfortunately as we were closed at the time and only dispatch Monday to Friday, this was dispatched on Monday 15/4/24. This was then delivered on 17/4/24 on the 2nd working day by Fedex. I can only apologise for the tracking info you received by Fedex. We will escalate this further, however as this is with Fedex it is completely out of our hands.
