“Great product. Arrived well packaged and had a protective strip to stop it getting scratched. Previously I paid 3 times the cost elsewhere with no protective strip. Arrived quick too, all good.”

“Couldn't find this product anywhere else. Did the job perfectly, good finish. Very impressed with packaging for transit - there was NO possibility that this product was going to be bent or damaged. Excellent.”

“delivered very quickly and whilst quite expensive postage the trim was very well packed inside a cardboard tube which also had additional strengthening .”

“Perfect arrived on time as described and the most brilliant thing was that the tube had a large piece of wood attached to it so that the trim didn’t bend at all and I subsequently used it for a piece of battening :-)”

“The trim we ordered was bent on arrival, probably caused by the delivery company, we contacted Premium Tile trim and were promised a new trim but nothing has arrived and we have had no contact from them.”

Hi Harvey, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. According to our records, replacement trims were sent out to you on 9th September, which was delivered and received by 'LEE' at 12.34 on 10th September.
