“Picture of item online had no connection to the item I received. I then had to email twice to get a response. Already cost me £5 for postage and they want me to spend another £5 sending it back for a refund. Not good”

“Needed a chrome threshold strip to go between 12mm laminate flooring and carpet. Premium Tile Trim were one of the few I could find to offer one that was deep enough for the laminate. Good quality though it takes a fair amount of force to compress the Z knock down bar. Looks good & would purchase from them again. Highly recommended.”
