Hi Satpal, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'm afraid I can see from your order that you didn't pay for express delivery, it was the standard 1-3 working day delivery that you selected at checkout. Your order was placed on Wednesday 28th October at 21.02, it was then dispatched from us on Thursday 29th October and then delivered on Monday 2nd November (day 2 of the 1-3 day delivery selected). I hope this helps clarify why your order arrived on the Monday and not the Friday as expected. Thanks, Premium Tile Trim

“I'm afraid i was not impressed. Not with the service, which was very good indeed, but with the product. I bought 2.5m lengths of polished trim, plus corner mitre pieces. The corner pieces were a waste of time....connection tio the trim was appallingly fiddly and badly thought out. They not did not have protective film. The film on the lengths of trim was not coloured and therefore almost invisible. The foam and adhesive on the trim meant it was offset from the surface, leaving a gap that had to be filled. The corner pieces broke apart very easily, and the only way to fix them was super glue which ruined the surface. Frankly this product will only work in a brand new house with flat plasterboard walls set exactly at 90 degrees or similar tile/board surface. In the end after fiddling about I gave up and chucked the lot. Sorry Premium ....re think this product.”

“Product wasn’t in stock even though website said it was. Got a phone call to say trim wasn’t in stock and offered alternative which was promised as next delivery but turned up 2 days later 🤨👎”

“Shipment was very quick and product was as described. Packing was very safe. Unfortunately due to lack of knowledge I purchased wrong size (8mm tile so I bought 8mn trim). I was advised that due pandemic shipping carriers were unable to offer exchange service and new order/refund at my cost were my only option. I would recommend: 1) Putting more pictures of the product to allow buyer to make better judgment on the product suitability; 2) Including information that exchange process is not available; 3) Adding info on the product to inform customer that trim should be bigger than tile itself (not all customers are professionals);”

“I was told one order was out of stock and asked whether I would like to cancel. I confirmed I would and ordered another item. Both have arrived And been charged for and I am still chasing several weeks later, with no response, to get one collected and refunded.”
