“Never turned up when they said after waiting in all day, kept getting time changed during day only to never turn up. Turned up the next day after a moan but can’t fault the trim itself”

Hi Jon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As a business, all reviews are important to us, as we continue to adapt and evolve to meet our customer's needs. We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We can see that you placed your order on Saturday 14/4/24 at 22.31pm on a standard 1-3 day delivery service. Unfortunately as we were closed at the time and only dispatch Monday to Friday, this was dispatched on Monday 15/4/24. This was then delivered on 17/4/24 on the 2nd working day by Fedex. I can only apologise for the tracking info you received by Fedex. We will escalate this further, however as this is with Fedex it is completely out of our hands.
