Hello, I bought a trolley 15 months ago and recently it has started to pull badly to the left. I have left 3 messages over more Th an a week apart asking for it to be reviewed under warranty and have had no reply whatsoever! I know there are issues with Covid but really not good customer service at all

Hi Darren and sorry to see this Covid is a problem but not an excuse We have looked at our log files and can not pick up any messages from you We can report however that the issue has now been resolved and we are all happy again Our customer service phone line is always available for a fast response and you will speak to a human Thanks for bringing this to our attention

Having a problem with my trolley I took it to power bugs office/workshop the gentleman there inspected it and told me it was a problem with the wiring he found a new cable with connections I went off for an hour came back and the job was done he had also tightened all the moving parts and oiled it all up. The bill was 45pounds which I must say I thought was great value,this was an example of old school customer service I just wish everyone had the same way of treating there customers Thank you Darrell

This is my third PowerBug, the NX Lithium is a step beyond all previous electric golf trolleys that I have owned including Powacaddy and Motocaddy. Beautifully styled and engineered, I can't fault it. It will be a certain winner I'm sure, absolutely delighted thanks.

I needed to replace the rivets in the main stem. They had snapped and the top handle wasn’t held straight: moving as I changed direction. I was already looking for a replacement trolley when I contacted the company. They sent me some strong screws to replace the rivets. No charge. Trolley fine again. Happy customer.

Received the battery very quickly but disappointed to pay an extra 20% for duties etc to get delivery in France. I understand that this is because the battery is not made in the UK.

The double wheel modification instead of the single wheel is a vast improvement. No more seized up front wheel due to collection of mud.

I did quite a bit of research on trolley weight before settling on a PowerBug. I wanted to find one that was considerably lighter than the trolley I had (no names mentioned) which was big & bulky - 15+kg. I opted for the GT Tour with a more informative screen. It’s certainly light, 8.8kg without the battery but it feels very robust. Even adding the minuscule lithium battery doesn’t add much to the total weight, still under 10kg. So much easier to lift into the car boot or upper storage space at the club. Folds down to quite a compact size & is quick to unfold & fold away. Nimble and sure-footed around my hilly course. Three year guarantee on trolley & battery. Exceptionally speedy delivery. Very happy with my purchase.

Overall I am very pleased with the performance of the PowerBug trolley, being eighty years old it is making my golf more pleasurable and easier to get around the course. The control in so far as start and stop and regulating the speed is simple to operate, as is the procedure to set a predetermined distance for the cart to run solo. However the instructions do not include how to operate and set the visual information on the screen, i.e. time, time of round and distance covered. Have I been provided with the wrong USB?

Good service and advice from Jimmie. This trolley replaces a 5 year old earlier model on which the battery/charger unit was showing signs of decline. After discussion on various options, I decided to purchase a new updated trolley with a new battery/charger, and p/ex my old trolley for only about £90 more than the cost of just a new battery/charger. Good marketing! Just one small gripe, as I was away for the weekend I asked for despatch to be delayed until Friday, to allow time for me to be back to receive it. However, this did not happen and the courier had tried to deliver it twice whilst I was away and had returned the package to his depot with a note to say that it would be returned to sender on Monday evening. Fortunately, I live within 5 miles of the depot, so was able to collect it before it got sent back!

I've just bought a GT7 from a distributor in Argentina (Electrocaddy.com) and I'm very happy with the product and for the service received by the retailer. 36 holes with one battery charge, that is outstanding. Thanks PowerBug !
