Having a problem with my trolley I took it to power bugs office/workshop the gentleman there inspected it and told me it was a problem with the wiring he found a new cable with connections I went off for an hour came back and the job was done he had also tightened all the moving parts and oiled it all up.
The bill was 45pounds which I must say I thought was great value,this was an example of old school customer service I just wish everyone had the same way of treating there customers
