“I had a problem with my battery. The guys at Powerbug were clear and concise in their explanation of what had gone wrong and gave me tips on using the battery to prolong its life in the future. I ordered over the phone and the new battery arrived within two days; price wise it was much cheaper than ordering via a dealer.”

“Service was great, they even followed up with a phone call to ensure timely delivery (which it was). I lent my cart to my friends and they purchased 4 more and were very satisfied. Only remark I have is on the umbrella holder as it would seem to me that I did not need the accessory holder (which I ordered as the webpage said it was needed). One note, read the instructions. The wheels have to be on the correct side to work, and do use the customer service, they are very good.”
