“At least there are spares to buy. Whole hinge unit only needs to be the hook half, that is the piece that breaks! Rather a lot of glue as well! Which is not supplied.”

Hi Mr Wilson, Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our service. I have checked the email servers and the first email received regarding this was at 9:22pm last night. We have contacted our server engineer to take a look at the email server to make sure we do not have ant problems and I have replied to the email received. “Took a few days to despatch but then wow it was here in no time. Fitted in seconds. Now have a new problem, wheel diameter is slightly larger than other old wheel so trolley now pulls to opposite side. Perhaps I should have got two wheels, not one!!! Not Powerbugs fault though, New wheel is fine (and clean!!)”
