“Took a few days to despatch but then wow it was here in no time. Fitted in seconds. Now have a new problem, wheel diameter is slightly larger than other old wheel so trolley now pulls to opposite side. Perhaps I should have got two wheels, not one!!! Not Powerbugs fault though, New wheel is fine (and clean!!)”

“I took my Powerbug trolley back to American Golf because I could not get the hedgehog wheels off. They in turn passed it on the Powerbug. They sorted the problem out and I was able to pick it up myself because there depot is near to where I live. I have since been back to them to buy other trolley attachments. All their staff are very helpful and knowledgable about their products and of the game of golf . As far as my electric golf trolley , it's brilliant . I would recommend to others looking to make a choice.”

“I rang the technical advice line and was given excellent technical advice on how to resolve my query, I've an old Power Bug Sports X and in the winter mud clogs up the front wheel very badly. This id an obvious design fault proven by the changes to later models. I would have thought a free upgrade would have been offered to overcome the problem Rob”

“I telephoned and spoke with a technical adviser to explain the symptom that was causing a problem with the speed control on my Powerbug trolley. He confirmed which part I needed to order and this was received within two days. I fitted the part and the trolley now works as it should.”

“The product compared with my last model is much improved not least being a wider wheelbase and also wider tyres. For the price there is nothing to compare. However, I bought this trolley because it was an established quality brand 'Powerbug' but I got an 'Infinity' which may be the same item but what happens when I come to sell it. Would you buy an 'Infinity' golf trolley or a top brand, someone has at a stroke killed off your hard earned reputation, and potentially my resale value. Why not Powerbug / Infinity on the frame. For the warranty I need the product code, where do I find it please. Shipping etc was top class”
