“I ordered a £399 lithium powerbug trolley and 2 weeks later you were offering a free trolley bag worth £99 if ordered with the same trolley as mine. Then the other day, I ordered a brolley holder priced at £20 ( not cheap ) and the very next day you sent details of a 2 for 1 offer covering this very item. ( Pretty Miffed with you actually )”

Hello Mr Sharrock, I think it's worth noting that you instead took the offer for the Free Hedgehog wheels worth £79 as opposed to the Cart Bag offer. Had you have contacted us to discuss your preference we would have been able to help out.
