“Having a power bug trolley I was delighted to order the trolley bag on offer. Even though having a boot mat and various other boot ‘protection’ devices, nothing beat a trolley bag for keeping the boot of my Tucson clean over the winter months when trollies get muddy, no matter how good the club’s air blower is! This is a great job.”

Sorry for the confusion. With a free finance offer, we in fact pay the interest making it interest free for our customers. As explained, this is why we can not offer free product with free finance. Our offers always advertise that they are “stand alone” and can not be mixed ie: free finance + other discounted/free products.

Hello Mr Lewis. Please note that the delivery time is 2-5 working days. These days do not include weekends. We endeavour to deliver before the 5 working day time but sometimes due to busy periods (Like the Black Friday weekend) both our dispatch team and our couriers are strained a little more than usual. We do offer a 24HR service at the very reasonable price of £4.00.

“Arrived on time, easy to assemble, and worked well on first outing yesterday with the battery indicator just below half after over 8,000 yards on the meter. Only grumble was the USB stick which contained the manual - very poor fit into the USB port and had to be held in place to download, but that’s done now and I don’t need to fiddle with it again. Also only found it by accident as I thought it was just a label!”

“Price was competitive and my purchase was handled politely on Black Friday. However, no email or other confirmation of the order was received by Monday but was told that I would get it by the end of the day. When I still hadn’t received it by Wednesday I called again and was told that it was out for delivery the same day although it was the last delivery of the day at 1730hrs! I still don’t have a receipt - email or paper version - since there there wasn’t one with the delivery and no email has been sent as yet. So basically very poor communication.”

Hello Mr Richards, As your order was processed manually over the telephone, there may be a chance that your email address was miss-spelled. Can you please contact the team to confirm your email address is correct on our records. It's also worth checking your spam folder just in case our emails have ended up in there.
