“Great Product, trolley delivered by UK Mail, great tracking and communication, only used trolley once so far but about 1000 times better than my old PowaKaddy. Only problem was with delivery of Bag which came via useless ParcelForce whose tracking only gave me the day it would arrive, no clue as to what part of the day so waited in all day and it never came. They could not tell me why or when it would be delivered, shocking service from ParcelForce, sack them would be my advice! It was delivered the next day with no notification, good job I just happened to be in.”
