“I had a problem with my original Powerbug. I contacted Powerbug in the hope that they might help. To my astonishment the company couldn't have been more helpful. I dealt with Christian throughout, he kept me updated frequently with the progress In trying to sort out the problem in the end Powerbug upgraded my used trolley and I'm in the process of evaluating it. Super service from Powerbug highly recommend . I could do business again.”

“Excellent service - I was telephoned on the day after I sent in my old charger to be checked. They had already tested it,(it was faulty, but years old!) and I then ordered a new one which arrived 36 hours later The cost of the charger check was then deducted from the new charger”

“I largely judge a company by its behaviour when something goes wrong. I had a problem with my six month old trolley. It was solved to my complete satisfaction and the trolley is 100% again. It's a real value for money product from a company who provide real live human service.”
