“I had intermittent problem with power, buggy was still under warranty, christian sent me a control box he thought it sounded like it was faulty, the part arrived and I fitted it straight away but didn’t solve the problem Christian suggested returning the buggy under warranty it was fixed within a few days and returned to me I have not had chance to try it out yet on the course but it seems ok up and down the garden. Christian was very helpful and provided a very professional experience I will recommend the power bug and the company to my friends at the golf club”

“Went to PowerBug HQ to look at and then purchase a DHC trolley. Very pleased with it - going down our steep hill on hole 14 is now considerably easier for me! Emailed PowerBug with a query. As always, they replied within 24 hours.”

“I have Bought a number of items from the PowerBug range the battery golf trolley , the umbrella holder , score card and more recently the boot tidy . I have been more than pleased with the quality of all of these purchases. .and the prompt delivery and service .”

“I needed to replace the rivets in the main stem. They had snapped and the top handle wasn’t held straight: moving as I changed direction. I was already looking for a replacement trolley when I contacted the company. They sent me some strong screws to replace the rivets. No charge. Trolley fine again. Happy customer.”

“I can really recommend Powerbug products and services…I’ve bought an excellent trolley (equipped with a 27 hole mini lithium battery), this served me well for 6 years. After this time the trolley needed a service and a few parts renewing. Then, recently I bought a new mini lithium battery at a reduced price (again at Powerbugs discretion. All this came in at less than the cost of one of the main trolley manufacturers.”
