“Loving my Ultra V Golf trolley, Had a problem with the ECU unit (my fault) the team at Powerbug sorted it out real quick. Sent trolley back to them Tues returned back to me on Fri. Great service. Very friendly staff. Would recommend the trolley, light, easy to put up and down, UV indicator a great idea, great little battery. Have used it on very steep course , no problem going up hills.”

“Easy to order from the website.I emailed Power Bug to find out who the carrier was and got a quick response within 2hrs from them to let me know at the details. Good Customer service. only on thing I bought the conversion kit to convert my battery tray for the smaller battery but there was no instuctions how to attach it.”

“I thought the whole process was very quick and efficient. My trolley was delivered within 3 days from me raising the order. Thank for a very good service. Also I would like to say the couriers (UPS) deserve recognition the way they persevered when they could not initially make me hear the door bell, although they believed I was at home. Thank them for me in delivering the trolley the first time of calling.”

“It would have helped if there had been fitting instructions included in the pack I assumed the controller was complete but had to pull the old one apart and fit the new one to half of the old one, took about an hour to figure this out!”
