“Only disappointing aspect was the delivery. Didn't know if they were delivering morning or afternoon so had to stay in all day waiting for delivery. There was no facility for updating the delivery information although a tracking number was supplied it was no use.”

“This is my second Powerbug trolley and I am very satisfied. Customer Service was excellent and when it was obvious it would not be economic to repair my old trolley they gave me a great deal on a new one. They even altered the battery tray to accept my lithium battery as it is not as small as the Powerbug one.”

“I had problems initially as although I wanted delivery in the UK my cardholder address is Spanish. The website would only accept UK, Ireland, Northern Ireland and German addresses. A phone call to customer services helped me overcome the problem and I was able to place an order. Customer services were very helpful.”

“I was very impressed with the level of customer service. I received a phone call to check if the battery would definitely fit the cart, and if I would require the additional adapters, I received it all via courier the next day. The whole process was quick, smooth and easy. Thank you.”

“I found that the service is very quick and when I had a problem I telephoned the spares desk, and got very quick advice. A spare had to be returned, no problem, refund will be paid. I will use them again. Graham Harley .”

“Excellent quick service from Powerbug. Received my new trolley within a couple of days and in perfect condition. Have used it several times now and very pleased with the performance. Still trying to control the varying speeds but i'm sure that won't take too long. Easy to fold and unfold.”

“Pleased with item and delivery. The only problem fitting control knob to variable resistor ,diameter of resistor is to large to fit into handle modifications are needed.”
