“unable to get old bearing off nightmare had to bodge it should have bought the whole efront wheel unit 2 screws only much easier”

“Not sure what I am meant to be evaluating - the purchasing of the product or the products themselves. I thought the speed of delivery was excellent. The products look good and they fit well and simply onto the trolley, however I have not had time to use them yet. The only reason why I did not tick Very Good is because the packaging was a bit tacky - sandwiched between two bits of cardboard and the sticky tape was also stuck to the plastic bags so I had to rip it all off to get to the products. Otherwise excellent so far.”

“For a start, I've been golfing for over 30 years, and my power bug trolley is the best I've had so far. It is really easy to get spare parts, and I can't fault the service. I have only one suggestion, it would have been reassuring to have had an email from power bug,ie thanks for your order or your order has been dispatched . But I'm a big fan of power bug.”

“Hi Guy's, Having purchased one of your trolleys this year, I registered online as requested. My comment on this is that I never received a confirmation as to whether my registration was successful or not. Trolley now away for winter, but enjoyed it's use at tail end of season. Thus far really pleased with my choice of trolley and purchase of same. Many thanks. Sandy Train.”

“I haven't charged or tested the product yet, but the service so far has been good. Delivery was very quick. The only adverse comment I will make (and which stops me giving a "Very Good" rating) is that I think the item (a lithium battery) could have been better wrapped, especially considering the price.”

“Should have been made clearer on website that black friday offers were not applicable if you bought trolley by finance deal plus could have done with instructions for winter wheels specifically how to get the front wheel off - still waiting on PDF which shows you how to do this. Overall generally pleased with purchase and service”

“Not tried them yet but these golf umbrellas look very robust and will fit my holder unlike some other brands. Very quick service and the black friday 2 for one offer made these a great buy.”

“I was very pleased with my deal I got prior to the black Friday offers. I bought two lithium trolleys, 2 bags, 2 brollies, 2 mounts and brolly holders, 2 sets of wheel covers and 2 mitts. Yes I got a good deal but there was no mention of black Friday offers, I might have got them all for a better price if I waited for a couple of days. It's a pity there was no mention of the deals that were only days away. Customer relations? I really only needed one set for my wife but took the opportunity to do a deal for two sets.”

“Technical service very helpful assessed that a new gear box was reqd. delivery very good. Slight problem with two pre drilled holes not accepting old bolts, but Mark agreed a solution. This could however prove difficult for a less confident d.i.y. person.”
