“I purchased a new front wheel assembly. This item has features which are new, adjustable wheel alignment plus a lever. It would be helpful if a a short description of these features and instructions were included.”

“Since purchasing the battery i have only used it twice due to injury . On each occasion it has failed me at the very end of 18 holes - on the way back to the car park . As this is advertised as a 27 hole battery this is somewhat worrying !! My course is long - 6 plus miles of walking and a round usually takes 5 hours - and winter conditions have meant the use of hedgehog wheels - however I would still have expected the battery to cope with that ! I have rung about this and your staff have been helpful in reminding me of the warranty on the battery and indicating that it can be returned if failing again . I will be playing again next week so watch this space!! Mike Smith”

“I have been very happy with this company and bought a trolley, accessory dock and lithium battery, I was not happy with the Hedgehog wheels as instead of easing progress on muddy ground they actually caused my battery to fail. They company tested the trolley & battery finding them to be in good order gave me a refund for the wheels.”

“Had to purchase winter wheels for my Powerbug Sports which did fit correctly.A phone call was necessary at expensive time and the problem was solved in matter of days.I was offered £10 off my next purchase. I was considering part exchanging my Powerbug for the new model but I would like to know the value before purchase.Its a shame you are so far away.”

“I have owned a Power-Bug for very many years. I ordered a "new" one from you but the speed-dial would not work. You sent a replacement without delay and collected the faulty trolley as well. Good service.”
