“When my power bug failed in mid round having fallen into two sections I thought all was lost and I would have to buy a new one. That Powerbug do a pickup and repair service was great news and I now have a repaired trolley. Along the way there were some minor hitches like I spent a morning visiting 5 supermarkets trying to get a cardboard box big enough to box the trolley which I had been told I must do. Only when I phoned Powerbug in desperation did they offer to send out a suitable box for a charge. The charge was reasonable and if the service had been offered on my initial contact much time and frustration could have been avoided. After the pickup the repair and return service went smoothly and well.”

“Had it four weeks now. So far very good. Only complaint is the fixture doesn't take my golf umbrella. I have accumulated 5 golf umbrellas over the years and 4 will not fit in the fixture which is too small. I think other people must also have this problem and you need to increase the diameter of the hole.”

“Overall trolley appears to very good and quite robust, very similar to a Motocaddy and has performed very well in the limited use it's had. Was a bit disappointed with their customer service however. We bought the trolley when a carry bag and umbrella holder were included in the deal. The carry bag zip jammed and the toggle broke after only one use. They refused to replace it saying that the bag was 'free gift'. As it's a very minor issue I haven't pursued it but it demonstrates their lack of understanding of the consumer protection act and doesn't fill me with confidence if future issues arise.”

“Web site showed battery inserts were free with the battery but the cost was included in the payment so a refund had to be made. The carriers UPS delivered a day late saying they "had left the parcel in the depot"!! These two points affected the overall rating.”

“on the advice of powerbug ordered new motor which arrived very promptly, fitted as per instructed to cure slow running but did not rectify the fault. had battery checked, its ok. what next?”

“This battery bag is well made and fits nicely. Delivery was quick and efficient. Only one quibble, the hole for the battery wires is in the wrong place! The battery will only fit into the battery slot in one orientation and in this orientation, the wires do not reach the trolley connectors. Maybe I need longer wires on my battery?”

“I had problems initially as although I wanted delivery in the UK my cardholder address is Spanish. The website would only accept UK, Ireland, Northern Ireland and German addresses. A phone call to customer services helped me overcome the problem and I was able to place an order. Customer services were very helpful.”
