“Happy with the Powerbug. It was very easy to set up and use and much lighter than my previous buggy due to the lithium battery. i have already used it a couple of times on different courses. However i was not happy to find out the Boot Tidy I purchased as an add on went on sale the next day with a 30% discount which would have saved me £9. It must have been known that this was going to be reduced when i made the purchase and still currently is at the reduced price as i write this.”

“Helpful technical team in narrowing down which design of motor was needed, easy to order, delivered very promptly (~48 hrs) and fitted in less than 30 minutes. It's the second powerbug motor that has got itself badly gummed-up inside and required replacement but I suspect it isn't their part but is bought in. Let's hope the new one performs correctly PH, Bucks”

“Excellent service and product. Only criticism would be that in my situation the position marks for the attachment screws does not align exactly with the the existing holes. However I did get a good secure fix with the addition of some additional glue.”

“Ive been dealing with Powerbug since 2006 when I first moved to Portugal. and purchased a couple of trolleys for myself and my wife. When I had a minor problem I contacted Powerbug who shipped a replacement part too me immediately and I fixed it. After joining a local Golf Club that year I set up a small local repair shop as members were having problems sourcing trolleys and having their old trolleys fixed. Powerbug had never let me down so I started buying both new and Used bug trolleys. It has to be said the Powerbug series has gone from strength to strength in durability and style and hard to beat on a good value for money basis, and unlike many competitors parts availability and back up is first class.”

“My experience in dealing with Power Bug were good. The chap who I spoke to on the telephone was most helpful gave me dealt ails of trade in, delivery etc and overall made the the whole process straight forward. I ordered it on a Wednesday and received it on the following Monday. It may have been quicker had the weekend not intervened.”

“I would have liked a document on how to look after the battery. My concern was whether I needed to discharge the battery after each use as I only play 18 holes and the battery is supposed to cover 27 holes. Having documentation explaining how to look after the battery would have been very helpful. The battery is great and looking forward to using it and hope it lasts for the 5 years.”

“The ordering process was easy. The battery and charger arrived very quickly, and were left on my doorstep, so not entirely secure. There were no instructions with them; presumably they think the information on the web site is sufficient. It's early days, but the battery is doing a good job.”
