“As on previous occasions, prompt and friendly help over the telephone and then in the workshop with a fault - this time with my lithium battery. Replaced free of charge under warranty nearing the end of the 3-year cover.”

“Product was good and delivery prompt, although Royal Mail did not leave notification of parcel that had been delivered, it was left in my dustbin for me to find! I did ask for some advise on how to fit anti rotational bag supports but none was forthcoming, it turned out pretty easy but I did not want to damage the trolley in the process.”

“Whilst I thought the service was excellent I would like to point out that the replacement battery would not fit into my husband's golf trolley. It is, however, approximately seven years old and I appreciate that there have probably been some modifications but it would be useful if the actual size was noted in the description., My husband, fortunately, is a retired engineer and was able to make a housing for the battery. Service however was, as I say, excellent.”
