“Web site was clear to follow. New purchase of a Lithium battery for golf trolley arrived on time as ordered. Reason for ordering new battery was because the original lead acid one provided with the trolley had started to overheat and expand when on charge. I asked the question "why this should happen" on the web site chat line but got no answer. Hence the low rating”

“Overall trolley appears to very good and quite robust, very similar to a Motocaddy and has performed very well in the limited use it's had. Was a bit disappointed with their customer service however. We bought the trolley when a carry bag and umbrella holder were included in the deal. The carry bag zip jammed and the toggle broke after only one use. They refused to replace it saying that the bag was 'free gift'. As it's a very minor issue I haven't pursued it but it demonstrates their lack of understanding of the consumer protection act and doesn't fill me with confidence if future issues arise.”

“Web site showed battery inserts were free with the battery but the cost was included in the payment so a refund had to be made. The carriers UPS delivered a day late saying they "had left the parcel in the depot"!! These two points affected the overall rating.”

“Requested feedback prior to purchase but contact never came so made a purchase of replacement part with back up screws as did not have rivet gun. The rivits, although paid for were substituted with screws only! Please send refund or rivets!!!!”

Hi Louise, Your rivets will be dispatched 1st class today. Please note, a pop rivet gun will be required to fasten the hinge assembly with the rivets.
