“Ordered a motor and axle for my Powerbug Sports X about six years old. All parts were available and the help desk was just that very helpful. Parts arrived promptly and the fitted was easy following the online video. Very please!”

“Fabulous. I'm delighted with my new Trolley. The whole thing is so much better than my old and heavy POWA Kaddy. Great little battery that I just put in my sports bag!”

“Apart from the wheels not being correctly aligned - the trolley steering to the left - the Powerbug itself appears to be a worthwhile contender. On the downside, The battery failed within eleven months whereas my old Powerkaddy battery lasted over two years.”

“My only feedback was there were no instructions to fit the battery liner ( for the mini lithium battery). I am pretty handy and worked it out but some people would struggle.”

“To say the least I was really very pleasantly surprised when I received a call from one of the technical staff at Powerbug asking if I had received my replacement speed controller and did i need any help with fitting it. Now that's what I call customer service:)”
