“I ordered a new lithium battery which was dispatched promptly. We did have a problem with the courier company delivering to the wrong address but this was quickly resolved. I used the battery for the first time today and it was great. I have had my powerbug caddy for a few years now and this new battery conversion is terrific. Well done and keep up the good work.”

“no problem with fitting new speed control.however one does question whether having spent money on new trolley should you then have to replace said part after 15 months!!! Having had two new batteries provided under warranty ! these are showing red after15 holes. Is this fitness for purpose???”

“Only disappointing aspect was the delivery. Didn't know if they were delivering morning or afternoon so had to stay in all day waiting for delivery. There was no facility for updating the delivery information although a tracking number was supplied it was no use.”

“This is my second Powerbug trolley and I am very satisfied. Customer Service was excellent and when it was obvious it would not be economic to repair my old trolley they gave me a great deal on a new one. They even altered the battery tray to accept my lithium battery as it is not as small as the Powerbug one.”

“I had problems initially as although I wanted delivery in the UK my cardholder address is Spanish. The website would only accept UK, Ireland, Northern Ireland and German addresses. A phone call to customer services helped me overcome the problem and I was able to place an order. Customer services were very helpful.”
