“I have always been impressed in my dealings with Power Bug, having bought a number of spare parts in the past. On this occasion the replacement switch for my Power Bug Sport X took rather longer to come than has been the case in the past. That was probably because it seems to have been sent second class which surprised me. It may be that other items ordered in the past have also been sent second class, but have arrived more quickly. In any event the switch did arrive, has been fitted and seems to have solved the problem I was having.”
