“I ordered spare parts (a main hinge etc.) for a Powerbug golf trolley. Person to person contact over the 'phone was exceptionally good, truly excellent. Delivery time was first class and Powerbug can be proud of their service to the public. All the parts that I received were perfect and the end result of my repair was as good as new. There two very small minor items which were unsuitable. They were brown/black plastic covers for the main bolt and nut on the main hinge. These plastic covers did not fit properly so I discarded them. I am reluctant to mention this because Powerbug's service was so good and their spare parts fitted so well. Seán Ó Riagáin”

“Excellent service and product. Only criticism would be that in my situation the position marks for the attachment screws does not align exactly with the the existing holes. However I did get a good secure fix with the addition of some additional glue.”

“This was a completely hassle free transaction for a replacement trolley which I have had for 10 years. The existing trolley I will repair at some future date with a new motor from power bug. This is such a straightforward trolley, reasonably compact and great value for money. It's difficult to give it enough credits. The engineering team provide great advice when needed. “Fantastic service and fast delivery by Powerbug. The Lithium battery comes fully charged ready to use. The trolly is sturdy and easy to set up with enough battery power for any hilly course. Well designed and tactile hand grip allows you to adjust the speed button control with one finger. All in all very pleased with the whole experience.”
